Sales Conditions

These conditions apply to all module purchases made on XF Odoo Market.

1 Support

If you encounter any issue with a purchased module, please contact our support team directly at odoo@xfanis.dev.

To help us resolve your request efficiently, please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The module name and Odoo version
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Your Odoo hosting type (Odoo.sh or on-premise)

We will respond as soon as possible and aim to resolve issues within 15 days of a support request.

2 Installation Requirements

Our modules are designed exclusively for Odoo.sh and on-premise installations. They cannot be installed on Odoo Online (SaaS) databases.

Please verify your hosting environment before completing a purchase. Purchases made for SaaS databases are not eligible for a refund.

3 Version Compatibility

Each major version is a separate product. Purchasing a module for version 16.0 grants access to that specific version only — it does not include access to 17.0 or any other version.

If you need a module for multiple Odoo versions, each version must be purchased separately.

Please ensure you are purchasing the correct version for your Odoo installation before checkout.

4 Refund Policy

Refund claims must be submitted within 2 months of the purchase date. To request a refund, contact us at odoo@xfanis.dev with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refunds are granted for

  • A bug reported to support that was not resolved within 15 days
  • A feature clearly advertised on the product page that is missing or non-functional
  • The module cannot be installed on the stated compatible Odoo version (on-premise or Odoo.sh)
  • The module violates applicable laws or Odoo certification guidelines
  • The purchase was made fraudulently or without the account holder's authorization

Refunds are NOT granted for

  • Feature requests for functionality not advertised on the product page
  • Bugs that were reported and successfully resolved
  • The module does not fit your specific workflow or business process
  • The module was purchased for an Odoo Online (SaaS) database
  • The module was purchased for the wrong Odoo version

Once a refund is approved and issued, you have 30 days to accept it.
